Phillip has more than 29 years experience in the property industry, being a registered real estate sales representative since 1987, being a licensed valuer since 1994 and is a licensed real estate agent. Phillip commenced his career with the Commonwealth Bank in the early 1980’s providing property finance and in the later years providing property advice and valuations for both bank owned and bank financed assets, including outback fuel depots, hotels, caravan parks, industrial, medium density residential units, service stations and office towers with a value in excess of $l00 million. In the early 1990’s Phillip joined Bankwest as a Valuer where he specialised in providing valuations for Perth’s western suburbs. Phillip formed Grove Property Consultants in 2005, providing general property consultancy, valuations, project management and project marketing services. Over the past six years Phillip has been involved with and project managed several developments including land subdivisions, medium density residential developments, showrooms and a neighborhood shopping centre from site acquisition through to the end sale.
Grove Property Group, formally Grove Property Consultants was established in 2005, when current director, Phillip Grove, decided after a career spanning more that 20 years in Property and Finance with two of Australia’s major banks, to start his own Valuation and Property Consultancy business. In January 2010 Grove Property Group expanded it’s range of services to include Project Marketing and Sales when it was successful in gaining its Real Estate Licence. Grove Property Group pride themselves on knowing exactly what is happening with any of their listed properties or projects at any given time. To ensure their continued success they recognise the need to work harder and find a point of difference. They display an extremely high level of professionalism at all times towards prospective purchasers so that every lead is exhausted. Innovation and change are part of the daily routine. In addition to the builders network, Phillip has a database of local developers, real estate agents and Government agencies with whom he keeps regular contact to discuss opportunities available to them.
